I have been thinking about the need for self-care in the first blog post of the month. So this time, in June, I’m thinking how important it is to schedule time away from the cares of life. Believe me, scheduling that time is something that I still am working on. I’m not really sure how I should answer. What do I do to “get away” from the pressures of my life?
